These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Wolfpack Method LLC, a Missouri limited liability company owned and managed by Lauren Wehmeier (“Wolfpack Method,” “we,” “our,” “us”), including all services, programs, memberships, 1:1 coaching, events, online communities, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our website or Services, you (“you,” “your,” “client,” or “user”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services. Additional terms may apply to specific programs or events, and those terms will control in case of a conflict.
1. Informational Purposes Only — No Medical Advice
The Services may include information relating to health, fitness, and nutrition. This content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Wolfpack Method is not responsible for the security of data transmitted over the internet. We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at our discretion.

We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Cancellations
By purchasing any Service, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
Payments are due at checkout unless otherwise specified.
Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with cancellation terms provided at purchase.
If payment is declined or reversed, access to Services may be suspended.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Third-Party Content and Links
The Services may include third-party links, products, or content. We do not control or endorse third-party sites or services, and your dealings with third parties are solely at your own risk.

Wolfpack Method LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, or affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Service.
You participate in programs, coaching, and events at your own risk, including risk of personal injury.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wolfpack Method LLC, its owner, affiliates, contractors, and representatives from claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to Services at any time, with or without cause or notice.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
You agree that any disputes shall first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in St. Charles County, Missouri, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
15. Waiver & Severability
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms will remain in effect.
16. Successors & Assigns
These Terms are binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors, heirs, and permitted assigns.
17. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date.” Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of updates.
